i want to know who u talk to and where to find the person that allows u to become with the kuzick's

as in guild-become-with? then go to House zu Heltzer and talk to Kurzick Ambassador[Allegiance] i think

A little more complex than just having a few faction points lol.
Way back from Kaineng you have to make sure you finish the emporer's missions and do the prime missions as you go through the game.
Once you get most of these missions done you need to group with Mhenlo and go to Arborstone for Kurzick or with Togo and go to Boreas Seabed for Luxon side.
Being as you asked about Kurzicks,, you will end up with Mhenlo and the counts daughter getting the urn from Arborstone mission (need two good healers and work as a team). This can be done with henchies without too much problem if you watch your step and go for time records later ;)
Once this mission is done and you have the urn you will end up at Altrumm Ruins,, just say hello to the door man n walk right in :)
hope this helps but remember you also need the Emporer's ok to get in there so finish those quests too.

also on a side note, make sure your guild is with the same side you want to be with otherwise you will hurt the guild' standing, which btw is not a good thing lol
