I think you mean Warhammer 40k? cause Warhammer Online isnt released yet :-)
If you mean 40k.. just play the singleplayer and you'll get better and better. :-)

Warhammer Online hasn't even begun beta testing yet, so it is still going to be just a bit before the game comes out.
