ok... just 1 question:
i've been farming ice imps outside of droks for awhile (lvl 24) and i've never found a single ids... do they only drop them when ur in mineral springs?? if so, is there only 1 way to mineral springs cause if there is, then i'm mad >:(

They aren't outside Droks. They drop from the Imps in the North-East cave in Mineral Springs. :)

I have a good build for a wammo to farm em, here's the build: Power Attack, Sprint, Watch Yourself, Defy Pain, Dolyak Signet, Mending, Live Vicariously, and Balthazar's Spirit.
16 Strength
3 Tactics
8 Heal
1 Smite
11 Swordsmanship( May be 10 because I haven't done a IDS run for a long time)
Equip Mending and just sprint to the cave! It's very easy to use.

Hmm, the build above me...im gonna say defy pain is a no no, try something like thsi(w/mo

Doylak Signet
Sprint
Healing Hands
Healing Breeze
Mending
Sword-16
Strength-9
Healing-9
Tactics-8
a 20% enchanting mod is helpfull but the build works fine without em, also, a shield like malinon's helps alot for dmg reduction too

Good build although you may want to try desperation blow instead of power attack due to the condition it inflicts, that what i use. And also try watchful spirit instead of live vicariously.
As for hippie's build Have u tried that?
I find that maelstrom interrupts me when i try to cast so i removed all casts form the build i use (everything is precasted).
As for DEFY Pain is key with its +20 armor and health
Watch yourself +20 armor and the added armor from Dolyak signet you take somewhere on the order of 5-8 dam per hit (With proper absorption setup shield and ruins)
Anyway there are a lot of good builds out there for this farm so if you were to do a search I am sure you could find one. (IMO IDS only go for like 10K now so they really aren't worth the effort)

Actually, Hacking Hippie, I've tried Healing Hands. How are you going to cast it when Maelstrom is on you 24/7? ^^ HH would seem like a better choice, but Defy Pain works better because it's not a Spell.

Healing Hands does work, I used to use it. You just have to spot when the maelstrom is coming, it's only a 1/4 second cast spell anyway.
And Desperation/Drunken Blow is better than sever artery+gash, because you can get both those effects from 1 skill, leaving you another skill slot for something else. ANd you don't get knocked down by it because of DOlyak Signet
