Normally it is in the magazine itself. If you go to any of the stores that sell them you can check out the latest issue of pcgamer and see if it offers a code. They usually offer some sort of free trial in them.

We do get a lot requests like this one. I personaly got CoH over a year ago, and my cd key is long gone. And I know a lot of people have given theirs away.

I don't have any more. Like I said, I've had the game for over a year, and gave mine away (on this site) long long ago.

If no one here has one, I would suggest keeping an eye out on this page. They get CoH trials there a lot. And you may find it there in the near future.

I just checked all my boxes... none left... I know I've given mine out over the site for a while.
I did see the game at Best buy for like $20 the other day and when you buy it you get a free 30 days.
Just a thought.
