Just made a new character after I deleted an old one and then, in the tutorial in saw this guy...lvl 19 and having a drunkard title.
This pic isn't photoshopped and I know you can reach lvl in the tut...but...
- How long would it take to reach a lvl that high in tut?
- How can he have a title in the tut (there aren't any titles displayed until you reach Old Ascalon)?

You can get Drunkard Title for being drunk a total of 1000 minutes. The standard method is to take 3 all at once, then 1 every minute.
Just like the Survivor title, you can do it in presearing. The only title that doesn't start until Post-Searing is the Exploration title.

He told people, he was getting to lvl 9 by just getting the beer from that kill-a-bear-in-3-mins thingy. Seems like he does have a lot of time^^

Meh, not the first time i see it.
I know of atleast 3 other ppl in pre with the drunkard title...and as far as i know its the only one u can get in pre, along with rank 2 of that title.
What does annoy me on the other hand is that he is lvl 19, so far i thought i was the only lvl 19 in pre, along with one other person...

Go south from Fort Ranik. There are some hunter NPCs taking and drinking. Talk to one of them and wait what they say, then a timer will start and you have to kill a (black) bear and then return to the NPCs, talk to them again and they'll give you a beer. Just don't kill the bears on your way to them, cause then you won't be able to do it^^
