From guildwars.com:
Guild Wars Nightfall PVP Preview Event
On the weekend of July 28th to July 30th, players will be able to experience a special sneak preview of the newly announced Guild Wars Nightfall campaign through our Guild Wars Nightfall PVP Preview Event!
During this time, both Guild Wars Prophecies and Guild Wars Factions owners will be able to:
* Create new PVP characters using the upcoming Dervish and Paragon professions.
* Test out both classes' exciting new skills in both beta-exclusive preview arenas and current battle arenas.
* Compete against other players in special PvP tasks to gain items that will be exchangeable for a variety of rewards throughout the weekend event.
To make testing of the new professions even simpler, secondary profession changers will be available throughout the duration of the event. These special characters will allow existing players to change their pvp character's secondary profession without having to re-create them if they so choose.
Come and join us for the festivities, and get a chance to test out the exciting new professions and skills during this special weekend event!
Paragon Attributes
Spear Mastery (PRIMARY ATTRIBUTE)
Spear Mastery increases the damage you do with spears and your chance to inflict a critical hit when using a spear. Many skills, especially spear attack skills, become more effective with higher Spear Mastery.
Command
No inherent effect. Many Paragon skills, especially those that protect your allies or increase your tactical position on the battlefield, become more effective with higher Command.
Motivation
No inherent effect. Many Paragon skills, especially those related to Energy management or that inspire your allies, become more effective with higher Motivation.
Leadership
You gain 1 Energy for each ally affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (maximum 1 Energy for every 3 ranks).
Dervish Attributes
Mysticism (PRIMARY ATTRIBUTE)
Whenever an Enchantment ends, you gain 3 Health for each rank of Mysticism and 1 Energy for every 2 ranks of Mysticism.
Scythe Mastery
Scythe Mastery increases the damage you do with scythes and your chance to inflict a critical hit when using a scythe. Many skills, especially scythe attack skills, become more effective with higher Scythe Mastery.
Wind Prayers
No inherent effect. Many Dervish Spells, especially those dealing with movement or cold damage, become more effective with higher Wind Prayers.
Earth Prayers
No inherent effect. Many Dervish Spells, especially those dealing with defense or Earth damage, become more effective with higher Earth Prayers.

If this works with enchantment spells, like healing breeze, all i can say is this will make 55 Dervish, and a LOT easier than monks. get energy every time you recast HB or PS, Zealots and SoJ, get you energy.......6 points in this and you will get 24 energy each time one ends, thats enough to nearly cast any combo of 2 of these.

Is mysticism only for enchantments on you, allies, enemies, or everyone? if its everyone, then a D/Me enchant-stripper would rock.

Why do so many people whine about CoP?
Of course a D/Mo with CoP to regain energy would be nice :) Maybe a D/Mo boon prot? Sorta an alternative like the N/Mo healer...

Because CoP is really irritating. It makes monks extremely hard to kill.

No it doesnt... It has a 10 sec recharge... With target calling, they still go down pretty quickly...
