no poison is a condition but the original build of toucher don't use poison they use energie drain

But if u are a necro monk why couldnt u hit them with it back with the posion cause i was in ab and i be hit with posion and then he would be touching so can I just do that and then ad in like some outher skills to kill him faster

yea touch ranger doest give conditions unless its some variant or they plague touch gave it to u.
neways n/me would work but it would use mostly mes skills so mesmer primary would work better. n/mo prolly not altho cause degen does little to heal u. there is a monk skill tht doubles the amount sacraficed which would help against Offering. still tho mes is the way 2 go or maybe even ranger who can give cripple.
EDIT: Correct me if im wrong but woulnt spell breaker work nicely against touchers as well?

No, this is missing the WHOLE point of the build.
Touch and Bite are SKILLS
This is why they are spammable with high expertise.
This is why backfire DOESN'T work against them.

Spiteful Spirit will hinder them but they still gain more health than the damage they take, it would help, but not defeat a toucher on its own.

There is lots of counters to touchers, most obvious ones would be:
Slowdown + any dmg
Diversion + any dmg
Almost any build can take out a toucher, you just need to have basic kiting skills -_-

Health degen (life transfer+rotting flesh..)
Run away or cripple them and watch them degen to death...their healing skills are the touches so just dont let em catch you!

1 thing that i was thinking it may not kill him 1v1 but would go a long way is suffering+parasitic bond+ faintheartedness would be some mad degen maybe throw in desercate enchantments.

ok imo best way to kill a toucher is etheral burden or another slow down hex, illusionary weaponary then blackout and slash away :D

My way of making a touchranger run is using a n/me; cast chillblains (i use 16 blood; 8 death ; 8 domination), cast diversion; use plague touch on them; and then use vamp touch/gaze/bite to end them.

if i remmember right, the touch skills are stealing your life, not actually doing elemental dmg...so elemental resistance of any kind is useless.
just run towards a group of your allies and let them handle it.

No, the vampiric skills a toucher uses are skills and not elemental. They are just straight damage, which is part of the power of touchers.
And if you want to take out touchers, poison would be the least of your worries.
As mentioned before and mentioned by many experienced touchers, Diversion is one very annoying skill against touchers.
You could also use Malaise and Wither to give him 1 energy degen, then echo Energy Burn.

i belive a
pindown, sig of agony, plague sending,virulence,vile misma,life siphon, jaundice gaze, dark pact... would kill them
make sure you have a cripple bow +5 energy 33% cripple +1 marksman 20% and it cripples them for atleast 8-10 seconds
Then make sure your vile misma is at a -4 degen the res will go in death virulence should recharge before the bleeding stops so he should die quickly.

Grrrrr @ yet another Toucher post!
I believe the poster asked for N/Me or N/Mo so....
A standard degen build drops them faster than they can gain health; You can take on 2 at a time with Life Trans, Gaze, and a few dmg skills.
SS will work but it only hurts for 37ish and touch takes 50+, if you can get it on 2 of them they should run themselves into the ground and take other players with them.
SS + degen works a treat since they are only getting 20ish healing per touch.
