The Dr. Forrester page lists him as a contact from 40-50. He actually stops giving missions at 45. I just levelled to 46 and went to talk to him for the first time. He wouldnt give me a mission, instead introduced me to Vernon von Grun

Thanks for the heads up. I know that we have one of our most dedicated Staffers going through right now cleaning up the Contact section and making these types of adjustments. Sapir is very dedicated to this and should have everything looking nice and neat very shortly.

Ok that works. I've missed out on a few story arcs because I thought I could level and still complete them. I'm glad to hear Sapir is on it.
