holy crap.. I'd go check it out if I were you, could be photoshopped... and I know he said it wasnt, he could be lying, but that is ODD.

fake. People take models and photoshop them ( commonly Hentai sites ). Im guessing he did. Then added a Filter>Distort>Mosiac or Pixelate then moved the eye of another character to the face. if it were a glitched character model he would still probably have a shadow.

If it isnt fake its just a game engine glitch because that was not pre-rendered.

Then its just the base model of a warrior that resulted from an error of programming. its not pr0n or a naked guy its a base model.
