What do you do if it says that your account doesnt exist when you try to log in and you have already succesfully logged in before??? Please someone help me.

I am not sure what is going wrong for you. That is kind of weird problem. I have no handy naswer for you, but maybe I can give some some suggestions.
Could it be the servers were down for maintenance of something. How recently did it work? And is the problem still there?
Could it be your account expired? On your NCsoft account page does your account still show as active?
This one is very unlikely, but did you spell it right? Or maybe you had CAPS LOCK on (or not on). Or maybe one of keys on your keyboard is stuck.

Something I noticed is that if I type too fast, the letters will show up switched. It's rather odd, but it happens. Like Phedre said, make sure you're typing in your login name properly and not hitting too many keys.
Have you tried it again today? If so, does it work now?
