I posted and pinned this over on the CoH side, but I figured it would be useful here too, for people who go out and buy Heroes and want to add it to their account.
Log into the main PlayNC Account Maint page.
Click on the Account Details Button.
That will bring up your list of games. Click on the Upgrade button.
Enter your code from CoH/CoV (whichever new game you purchased).

Well ive finally got my accounts merged. Now all i need is my new pc to play them on.
