I am in the process of setting up a new server running ONS. I have loaded utcompv16a and antitcc118j so far. That is all.
The only error I am getting so far is the following:

I have seen references to this error but have not seen anywhere that there has been some sort of resolution. It does not happen on one specific map.
Does anyone have any experience with this and what it took to resolve?

I can't tell you exactly whats causing the issue exactly, but I can tell from the name there that its involved with enhanced netcode.
So, you can turn that off and itll most likely go away.
Additionally, it could have something to do with how it handles antitcc's 'fake players'.. but thats a total guess, but i'd try shutting that off as an alternative to turning off enhanced netcode.
