Shockfi3nd has a good point. The Squeeze Scrapyarders for information mission has the right description, but the writeup is not valid. To complete the mission, just defeat the scrapyarder boss and guards.

Oh, and Captain Petrovich's level range might need changing. I'm now 25 and he's still giving me missions, so I don't believe it stops at 24, like many other first tier contacts in Sharkhead Isle.

He will continue to give you missions until you complete your current stroy arc. Complete the current arc then see what happens.

I have completed Captain Petrovich's story arc now. I have never noticed that before; about the story arc being offered past the level limit. I always thought they would stop talking to you no matter what.

Ah, I thought so. Yes. A Story Arc opened will keep the contact giving you missions until the Arc is completed. This is also important to remember when working other Contacts. You are also only allowed a few Story Arcs open at any one time (forgive me if I am vague here). I will have to check the numbers unless someone else has them readily available. It used to be 3 in CoH; I am thinking they upped it to 4 in CoV for some reason. In any event, if you have say 4 'Open' or 'Started' Story Arcs, you cannot get any other Story Arcs from any contacts. This can keep you from getting anything but 'filler' missions when you want to follow the Contact's storyline. In CoH, many characters have had to start at their first contact and personally visit each one to find an Open Story Arc and finish it in order to get say 'The Praetorian Arc' in their 40's. That's a lot of Contacts to visit personally in a city the size of Paragon.
