How do you guys do this, I see it in some of the sigs I see and was wondering :)

It would require some Movie Editing Program. It's pretty simple actually, but when you go to save you have to use "Save Optimized As" and you'll have no choice but to save it as a "gif"...I think some people use "Gimp", I personally use "Image Ready" but it isn't free, you'd have to find a free editing program to be able to do that.
