I had submitted individual missions for this, but decided to submit it in Strike Force format so it can be added to the Strike Forces page.
Contact name: Ice Mistral
Location: St. Martial - Golden Giza (just inside west entrance)
Main Enemy: Circle of Thorns
Heroes/Arch-Villains: Mage Archus
Level to attend: 35-40
Minimum Teammates: 4
Writeup:
Mission Overview: Seven missions total spanning multiple zones.
1. Defeat all mages in temple
Sub-task: None
Notable boss: None
Notes: Nerva Archipelago - Oranbegan temple map; defeat all to complete.
2. Locate the crystal
Sub-tasks: None
Notable boss: None
Notes: Defeat 50 Circle of Thorns around the Rogue Isles (Cap au Diable is a great place to get this done fast).
3. Destroy the network
Sub-tasks: None
Notable boss: None
Notes: Sharkhead Isle entrance - find and destroy the 3 crystals to complete the mission.
4. Destroy network in Primeva
Sub-tasks: None
Notable boss: None
Notes: Nerva Archipelega entrance - 8 crystals to destroy guarded by groups of CoT. If you are speeding through this, you can destroy just the crystal and move on, ignoring the CoT group guarding the crystal. To find the "Shards of Serafina's Crystal" clear out any CoT group near the end of the map.
5. Defeat everyone in the ship

Notable boss: None
Notes: CoT and Tsoo can be found in this mission.
6. Defeat everyone in the office
Sub-tasks: None
Notable bosses: None
Notes: Carnies on this go-round. Tons of crystals being grown as well.
7. Defeat Archus
Sub-tasks: None
Notable bosses: Mage Archus (AV)
Notes: Oranbegan map with a twist. Somewhere in the map is a square shaped pit that drops about 800 yards down to a cavern filled with crystals and massive amounts of CoT. Mage Archus was an AV and was found at the very bottom of the pit/cavern. During the fight he will summon help and many CoT will spawn and move to him.
You receive an SO for defeating Archus and another for completing the mission, as well as the Crystal Keeper Badge.

I've done this strikeforce, it is one of my favorites and really fun to do. It's an accolade requirement so if you can get freinds to team up in the 35+ level range, I'd recomend you do it. I went from 39 to 40 with my main on this one before i7 came out.
Tip: On the last mission, there are crystals everywhere. Try to keep your distance cause they explode on a single hit and do lots of damage. They are grouped together too so setting one off starts a chain reaction. The AV and his gaurds can be found standing near a bunch of the crystals. Shoot the crystals and you can use them to kill all the gaurds and weaken the AV.

Just to confirm as far as Strike Forces go, if you've passed the level range, such as 35-40 for this one, you CAN still do the SF, but you'll be exemp'd down. ? ?

yes just like all the other SF's.. you can be to low to do it but never to high.. There is a lvl cap and you will be exempd down to that lvl if you are above it..
