Personally, especially with the outages that Thrall (and the realms on the same server cluster) had over the weekend, I am royally pissed.
Starting with a "hardware failure" (yes, a GM told me that a hardware failure caused the problem), Thrall effectively had a 48 hour interruption of service. To my knowledge, the issue with the mail server and the AH never was adequately fixed. They simply mailed a copy of the item back to people.
If such an outage happened at my job, I'd be fired.
I work tuesday daylight, so the scheduled maintenance doesn't affect me too much, but when I come home (around 5pm or so eastern), I'd like to play my WoW. If an issue is going to need additional time to install, schedule another outage, don't extend the current one w/o warning people in advance.
