Hello everyone.
Well, I'm close to getting my final respec, I'm lvl 43 now, and so I want to use it wisely. I was wondering if anyone had some guides out there that I could study. I want to gear my blaster more towards pvp, but also be a great team pve player (aoe dmg). I've been searching through the forums here but couldn't find one. Surely someones got something out there?!...
As far was my build is now,
In AR:
I have everything but beanbag and buckshot
In Dev:
Everything but time bomb, taser, smoke grenade
Fitness pool: swift/health/stamina
TP foe
Hasten
Hover/Flight
I'm basically looking to refine the AR and Dev pools and take what is only necessary and most useful. Let me know what your thoughts are. I'm open to all suggestions/input.

My suggestion is save the respec until you get to level 50. You're extremely close so it wont take long. ONce you get to level 50 you'll have everything unlocked..so you wont run the risk of screwing something up in the 43-50 range and not being able to fix it.

Considering what you listed that you skipped, It sounds like a good build to begin with.
I have one of these, but haven't gotten it far enough to write up a complete guide yet.
I too would wait until you get it to 50 to fully evaluate the Epic power set you may have already chosen. I know I changed mine on my primary Blaster after running through the Epic I had.
One thing that I would potentially think about is swapping Buckshot for Flamethrower. Knockback is hard to get to land, but with the additional KB attack, you might just get lucky. From what I've read, Devices is a little hard to PvP because of the lack of good toggle droppers. Your best one is Time Bomb, and the timing and execution of that in PvP is kinda hard.
