What do you think is the best patron for a Bot/FF MM. I was thinking maybe Black Scorpion for the Mace's grendade's and toxic sheild. Or Mako for some damage and holds. Or Scirocco for some holds and end drain. Im undecided :/

It depends what you're aiming for. Do you want a patron power that fits your toon? Like if you're a bots MM Sciccoro or Black Scorpion would be good, but if you're just going for the set with the best powers, I'd go for Ghost Widow or Mako

Im going for something I dont really lack in. I have buffs and two knockback minor attacks. I would like a hold or two and a decent attack. :P

Your best bet then is probably to go with Scorpion. He has the best holds. However if you are looking for a decent damage attack look elsewhere. And by elsewhere I mean outside the Patron Power Pools. None of the straight forward attacks in any of them are really any good. You are better off dipping into another power pool.
