picture resizeing 

i dont know if i am doing anything wrong but i cant seem to get a picture to go on my avatar pr in my auctions they say they are to big or the wrong format can anybody tell me of a programme that will do it or point me in the right direction of where i am goin wrong

What format are you trying to upload. What is the size of the image, in both Resolution and file size?

If you edited the avatar from a screenshot, save it as a jp(e)g instead of bmp. Guild Wars makes bitmaps of screenshots, which are too heavy (or out of guidelines) for the avatars. To do this, you can just use Paint in Accessoires, open the file, slect file>save as.. and set the saving to jpeg.

i think he is right, otherwise just make it smaller cut the edges of... and tada ^^
