Great build. I would only suggest you get build up at an earlier level. Way easier to take out those bosses in paper missions that way. I also wouldn't take the Teleport set as a stalker. The recall friend power is really useful if you team a lot, but I prefer SJ as my travel power for stalkers.

Thanks Professor for your input...I dont think im gonna take TP now... I think im gonna go for the Flight Power Pool...I'll take Air Superority and then Fly...Easier to get around that way...

stamina at 22 is a good idea, considering the fact that both MA and Ninjitsu are highly end gulching. But like the others id reccommen something else than tp. It could be useful in pvp for getting to flying people, but you want to 'stay active' aswell. I mostly pick SS as for my stalkers, though, since it has an (PvE only) extra stealth buff

Any patron power you stick with would be good. I myself have noticed that the best patron power for stalkers in my opinion is Soul Mastery. Soul Mastery comes with great powers.
1: Dark Blast
2: Moonbeam
3: Soul Storm
4: Summon Widow
Here's what I think. Get Dark Blast first of all. A stalker should have a blast power, since MA has no ranged attack (Like claws have focus and spines have impale). Second, get Soul Storm. It's a hold. I think holds are also important for stalkers since lots of the bad guys will run away often. If you've seen the City of Villains trailer, it's the power ghost widow uses on positron and the other hero. It has one of the best animations as well (It's just so funny!). My last opinion is that you should get summon widow as soon as you can. Even if it means swapping a power. Summon Widow is mainly your pet. Great for taking out bosses or just running through missions. You'd find yourself using Summon Widow a lot.
Hope this helped
(By the way, in case you were wondering, Moonbeam is the snipe of the set. I don't think you'd really need a snipe being a stalker, and even if you want to just pull someone, just use dark blast)

Killer Build YO!
You gunna have lot of success with it.
However personally i like regen. Only BC you get the heals earlier witch really help, being as squishy as stalkers are.

Very nice build, allthough the only thing I would argue is the travel powers and patrons. (Even though both are very arguable)
I always get Super Jump, esspecially on stalkers. Allthough fly is nice, im just putting forth my input.
With the patrons, I would say, get the blasting power and the 3rd power (I forget atm, but I think its Soul Storm??) Proffessor Crackpot is right, stalkers need the blasting power.
Overall, I think your build is great, and so is your pool selection. *(Scowls at Panthersax)* >=l

MA is probably one of the better stalker primarys, because it focus on hitting one opponent at a time like a stalker should supposedly do, it keeps aggro down and looks cool to boot. Cant go wrong with your build there!

I would recommend taking SJ as a travel power. With the Nin secondary, there is no knockdown defense. So if you can start that build and take SJ as a travel power, you could pick up Acrobatics (and leave off Cobra Strike).
My opinion being a Ninjitsu Stalker myself.

I have a MA/Regen Stalker that I like quite a lot. I don't have experience with the Ninjitsu secondary, but I can tell you my opinion for the MA primary and pool powers.
I took Cobra Strike and it comes in handy when you get over your head and need to take someone out of the fight for a bit. The disorientation lasts a good while, though not long enough for Hide to reactivate. I am not sure how I have it slotted -- maybe I could slot more for disorient and it would last long enough, not sure.
I have tried SS, SJ and Fly on this character over the course of all the freespecs that have been handed out. I currently use Fly because I find it much easier to to get around Grandville. Also, I love-love-love Air Superiority! As a stalker, have you ever activated Placate only to find that your opponent began an attack animation at the same moment? That is very frustrating, but by using Air Superiority first before Placate, the opponent is knocked down and you don't have to worry about that kind of situation.
For Patron PP, I chose Ghost Widow's Soul Mastery. I think for the most part all the PPP's are the same: you get a blast, a snipe, a hold, and a pet. They probably all work well so just pick whichever fits your character concept. I absolutely love the hold power Soul Storm, and the animation is cool, eveb though it takes a little long to activate.
