Wow.... that's pointless... if you earn a title in pre you could never take it out, or it would lose its value.

Wow the only pointles thing here, is why you all took time out of your busy schedual of HATIN to hate on this post. All titles are pointless, so are mini pets, dragon and or pumpkin heads, dyes, (typing classes) also getting 15K armor. But if people like yall didn't hate on guys doing it, it would be cool, i give him props +cred and a wow, plus a lil brush to get that dirt off his shoulders while yall jealous ones hate on somebody else. That too ka lot of work, and all hard work, pointless or not deserves a clap. Too many haters on here, at least the guy wasn't out over farming trolls. and btw what in this game isn't pointless, you can't take the title out of pre... well you can't take it to a job interview or add it to your credit report either, stop hatin'

oh and the person who took the screen is lev 19 because . . .
You used to be able to go out and let mobs kill you over and over until the mobs leveled up to a high level, then kill them for exp.
I would wager that level 19 char in pre has well over 100k deaths.

Why did you say you used to be able to do that? It doesn't still work? And personally I would think that being level 20 in pre-searing would be more pointless and time consuming than being an incorigible ale-hound. There are a lot of people I saw, the last time I was in pre, that were buying the hunters ale in Fort Ranik. Now I know they have to get money somewhere, but the ale is still readily available and cheap. I cannot even imagine how much time it would take to get to level 20.

Not necessarily....each time you zone out there, there are 2 bears close to the hunters, and if you have a friend he can wait by the bears, you activate the quest, he kills one then comes to the hunters, and you BOTH get 1 ale, then he goes to the other bear and does the same thing. So if done right(with just 1 friend) you can get 4 ales per time you do it. It actually takes longer to run to the bears then it does to do the quests. I cant remember what the max party size is in fort ranik, probably 2, which would make you only have to do the quest 2500 times, which is still a long time. And this would be if only 1 of you were getting the ale's.

Actually I think the sickest title is the Defender of Ascalon title. It is rumored that it was only recently added. All you have to do is get to level 20 in Pre-Searing.
Easy right?

Remember alot the ale could have infact been bought from either paying in post searing and collecting in pre or just simply paying in pre
A: I know of alot of people who are in pre who have over 100k... and yes over as they have more than 1 toon in pre-searing, thanks to the guild hall observer battle bug alot of people transfered weapons, money runes, superior salvage kits etc and still to this day have them).
B: You dont get much money for selling ale to the traders and alot of people do the quest to just sell the specific ale as it cant be obtained anywhere else but from pre in that quest so it doesnt cost much to buy hunters ale.
