Ok last night I was doing a little work towards my N/Mo's Tyrian Protector title. I go to Iron Mines to do the bonus there. I get in like the only group that wasn't infusion only. It was late at night so the group was pretty much accepting anyone that wanted to join(amazingly we got 2 monks...thats even hard when theres more than 25 people in the mission). So anyway we had no tanks/warriors at all. Our team was a mesmer, two rangers, two monks, an ele, a N/R MM(w/o flesh golem), and my blood spiker. We didn't really have a runner so we had to fight much of the way.
So here's how it went....
Right at the beginning our lack of a runner caused problems. One of the rangers who was trying to do his/her best to run died fairly early at one of the first groups of tundra giants, I died also after almost making it out of a group of summit giant herders with 58hp(then the random ice golem that was there hit me with a 112dmg deep freeze). So the the party regroups gets us rezzed and we agree to keep goin and fight as best we can. Unfortunatly, as in many PUG's, we had a person quit, it was one of the two monks. So we keep goin and about 3 or 4 minutes later, we hit another rough spot and a few of us die, including me again..., but once again we regroup rez and continue. Once again, however, we had a person drop, it was the ele, but he/she got err7. So we are about 3/4 of the way to Seer and we are already down to 6 people. We get to the Seer and do infusion for the few people in the group who needed it, no problem.
After this everything goes fairly smoothly with only 2 or 3 more deaths, not me this time luckily. We finish the bonus and then the mission b/c there was a few people who needed it.
So the group ends up doing infusion, mission, and bonus in one trip without a true runner, no tanks, and with only 6 people left before we actually got to infusion quest. All we had was the right people with the right amount of patience.

wow kool but my all time best *just keep going and we can win this thing* story (true) is when i beat hells (last misson) with 6 ppl at 60% dp and 1 monk with no dp lol......since i had so much dp i just wanded thing at back since if i went up the burning would have killed me lol...we did beat lich though and that was the easy part....

It's a shame there aren't a few more players in Tomb of the Primeval Kings who realise this.....and Final Assault at War Camp, for that matter....

Last night Cswella and I did the THK mission and bonus and the other monk could only use heal party because he got stuck in the map. If it wasnt for the assassin, we would have done it flawless! Good job Cswella!

I know the feeling i hate leavers i have it sometimes to that lots of ppl leave we were once capping skills in mineral spring after we had the first skill 4 ppl left, but i already recognised we had a pretty strong party so we gave it a try.
At the end of it all we had cleared the whole mineral springs including ice imp cave of enemies we had good drops all skills and i was happy :P

Wowza, that sounds like me. My ele's name is Eowin, and as soon as I was able to relog, I PM'd the leader explaining my err-7. I dropped after we killed the monk boss near the 1st siege area.
I'm glad you were able to complete the mission, I was there to infuse the 3rd of 4 headpieces and cap Thunderclap from the Inquisitor for my last ele elite to fully complete her elites.
I was able to do it a few hours later with a guildie being the sole monk.
