I saw a video for this game and thought it was pretty cool, so i bought a game, it said free 14 day trial or something like that, 14 days free.
However, when i entered in my CD-Key with PlayNc it says that i still need to either pay or get a gamecard.
What happened to the 14 days?

Welcome to GameAmp.
If you have bought the actual game it comes with a 30 day free period. However, it could be they want you to register a creditcard just so they can automatically start charging you when the free trial is over. But you can cancel before that and nothing gets charged. The same with a timecard, except you have to actually buy the timecard. So if you buy a 60 day card, you will be able to play for 90 days.
I think there is also a "14 day free trial for a friend" card in the box. That one should work without any further details. But you can't use that code to add to your main/normal account. You can use it to create a separate account. But the characters you make in the 14 day trial will be lost once the time expires.
If you would create a separate account for your 14 day trial, your 30 day free on your 'main' account will still be there until you activate it with a credit card or time card.

Ohhh, i guess i will get a time card anyway, thanks for your help.
Should i just go to the local game shop to buy one? or is there a place online other than ebay where i can use paypal

I think gamestop or ebgames works just fine. If they don't have lineage timecards you can also buy acity of heroes or city of villains card. All NCsoft cards work.

To activate the free trial u need to buy some days of the game i think.Better buy time from the official site, it comes cheaper and its safer
