I assume by that that you are a Luxon? Im a Kurzick and to get fast Luxon faction I went to Cavalon and asked if anyone would guest invite me. (Guesting gives you access to thier Guild Hall for 8 hours, its NOT permanant and you dont have to leave your guild) Once i got the invite (took 5mins) I did Allaince Battles for an hour or two. Its the fastest way i've found of gaineng faction fast. I suggest you do the same, only you'd ask in HzH or something.

The best way, in my opinion is join a group and run the quest in Melandru's Hope (the repeatable scouting one). Just use a running build, anything works, but here are a few ideas:
Assassin/Ranger running build
Monk/Ranger running build <--This one works awesome.
People run to the location and then die, auto-res, and get the quest and the reward. The group then repeats. It takes 25 runs or so to get 10k faction, but the runs take almost 1-2 minutes max. *You'll face ltos of hexes, so prepare for that while running*
Other than that, ABing is the best option.

Yea I think doing the repeatable scouting quest is the best way to get quick Kurzick faction at Melandru's Hope. I did that too get Faction for amber to get my Kurzick 15K.(Im a luxon)I decided that would be better than fighting my fellow luxons in ABs.
