But Canadians rock! Cmon, what other country makes as big a deal over The Stanley Cup as Americans make over the Superbowl?!?! If I was ever to move outta the USA, id definatly move to Canada hehe

Why am I proud to be Canadian?
I am proud to be in a country that boasts the creation of Hockey
I am proud to be in a country that can claim that the 'beaver is truly a proud and noble animal'.
I am proud to be in a country where even the most simple of beer comercials can make me feel patriotic.
I am proud to know that we can poke fun at ourselves and confuse the rest of the world by doing so.
I Am. Canadian.

I don't live in an igloo or eat blubber, or own a dogsled....
and I don't know Jimmy, Sally or Suzy from Canada,
although I'm certain they're really really nice.
I have a Prime Minister, not a president.
I speak English and French, not American.
And I pronounce it 'about', not 'a boot'.
I can proudly sew my country's flag on my backpack.
I believe in peace keeping, not policing,
diversity, not assimilation,
and that the beaver is a truly proud and noble animal.
A toque is a hat, a chesterfield is a couch,

i'm as far away from Canada as one can get while still living in the U.S. since i'm so far south in texas. so yea that means i'm NOT Canadian. but i went to my first hockey game awhile back and like it. much more fun to watch than football, and sorry to say to all you American past time fans, baseball is the most boring thing i've ever witnessed in my life. i'd rather watch Dub-ba fumble around the white house in the dark trying to find a dark place to sleep. i like hockey.

yay! The beer is way better up here, and its not really that cold since global warming has started. Last year we had a snowless christmas which kinda sucked. But this year we've already got a couple of inches of snow!

It really depends on where you are Kaoz. The west coast is really rather temperate. They rarely drop below freezing.

I am proud to be Canaidian.
Where the people are polite.
Where we can walk around at night and not worry about being mugged.
Where a murder is BIG news and does not happen often.
Where we have 4 seasons. (sometimes in the same day).
I have lived all around the country. From The Artic (2.5 years in Yellowknife) to Vancouver to Halifax. I would have to say the people here are polite, friendy, open minded.
And where a average beer will get most Americians drunk as skunks.
