The week is over and x-mas is around the corner

so how many of you are actually going to do a little shopping this weekend. or are you just going to wait till 5 0 clock pm xmas eve to shop. and remember to say merry xmas to the cashier if ya gonna do that. cause its your fault they are having to spend xmas eve at the store. couldnt just buy ya stuff sooner. nooooo. had to wait till the last 5 hours of the day to do it. and then you have the nerve to ask them why they close on xmas day. the last time a costumer told me that i purposely crushed her bread and broke a few eggs. remember. when that hand goes into the bag with the item. you dont know if they are breaking something or simply putting it into the bag.

Well, I havn't started my christmas shopping yet. Although, I will be starting it next week. Most likly next friday. I usually am all done my shopping by this point, but christmas seems to have snuck up on me this year.

Unfortunately this year I won't be doing any Christmas shopping at all.

At first glance that seems like a good thing.

But it's not. LadyELectrolite and I worked at the same place and we both got laid off. We were suppose to get our last pay check this Tuesday but this didn't happen and looks like we may not get it at all. The company has been screwing us around for months now.

Most of our families and friends understand and won't expect anything from us, but it's gonna be uncomfortable to sit there and received gifts when you weren't able to get anyone anything.

Haha sorry to be such a bummer. I'll just make Christmas presents this year - lol I'm getting flashbacks from kindergarden/

Thats so sad. It sucks when a company fires people right around christmas. People have enough trouble paying for presents as it is.

Yeah it does really suck, but what can you do! We'll just have to make up for it next year. lol

My work also did a bunch of firing and layoff's this past few weeks (Re: Wyrdman). Its always pretty poopy. But Dan, I'll send you and Lady E a bunch of construcion paper and glitter to make everyone cards!

good work arzada. that was cool. and the moral of that story is always tip that dude that opens the bottles for you at fancy shmancy banquets.

it does i did absorb when you don't have money for gifts. i remember i didn't have enough money one year, and my fiance (sp? i think i'm goin to have to know that) and my anniversary was that month (when we were just dating) and i couldn't get her anything. so what i did was type and pring out every song that i ever wrote and wrote a new one for her and gave that to her. i felt kinda bad because it was so simply but she said she loved it. so sometimes its not weither you had the money to buy something, its if you made the effort of thought of GETTING something.

i think there should be some MMO RADIO holiday cards so we can mail to everyone.

"If i cared I'd send a card, "Dear Mickey, Happy Birthday. Love George." But I don't! Why? Don't give a s**t. No wonder nobody takes our country seriously. We celebrate the birthday of an imaginary rodent.
