Im trying to get my Atlas accolade and this is the only part im missing. Does any1 have this mish, so I can tag along or is there a way for me to get it?

Since you already have all the other requirements, I take it you have outleveled the contact that gives this mission. That is usually Haley Phillips in Skyway who gives the mission somewhere in the level range of 10-15.
I do not have any heroes on Justice server, but perhaps some other folks can help out.
As an alternative, you can always hang out in Perez Park and broadcast every once in a while that you are looking to join this mission. Most of the time people will let you tag along. Sometimes, players will auction off spots to the highest bidder, but I have not seen that kind of unheroic conduct much lately.
