I just wanna know where i can get the armor, and what lv i need to be to wear it without the penalty?

Hi,
U need lv 40 to wear it.U can get it i think at luxury shop in giran(luxury shop is c5 name-i dont remember c1-c4 name)
If u buy it is buyable there u need crystals c and d not adena.But to get whole set u will need craft,helmet,shield boots and gloves are not buyable.Set needs helmet,shield is optional for an extra p def or hp not sure.If fp is not at this shop try craft it or buy it from an other player

A warsmith lv 40+(second class of dwarf crafter)can brake u a c equipment into c crystals.Otherwise u buy them from a player
