| what kind of character is the Statesman and what powers? |

i was wondering what kind of character the Statesman is and what kind of powers he has. anyone know?

Welcome to the site Wasa!
I always got the feeling that he was an Invul/Super Strength Tanker with the flight power pool.
Although, he really seems to be a SS/Invul Brute long before the Villain AT came out.

As for Statesman, I don't think he falls under any one AT. I think he is kind of a mix between a few

Per the Prima Official Game Guide, here are States' powers:

i dont think its the thunderous blast powers.
when me and my boy manticore were hanging out at that wedding, i noticed he has a special "manticore" epic power pool which has his teleportation arrow and other manti special powers.
so those are probably the "statesman epic" power pool.
i'll post a pic of manti's powers.

i have the COV binder and it has the heros and villains but i couldnt find Statesman or Lord Recluse...

Stateman is an incarnate which is kind of a mixture of two or more AT's as is Recluse. Stateman is basically a tanker for hp and a scrapper for attack (thus is a high high ass kicker). As is shown he has SS and INV as well as his two signiture attacks specialised to just him
Recluse is a mm/brute/incarnate which is why hes a little more tricky
