Can anyone tell me the location of a max armor tactics collectors shield? I need a good new shield but dont have the money to buy one so a collectors shield will be good enough to tide me over till I have the cash.

What stats are you looking for?
-2, +45 while enchanted? in stance?
-5 (20% chance), +30 always?
-3, +60 while hexed?

Hiya Crulesall!
The shields from Lord Dorn Lendigren is one of the best ones (IMHO).
He is north of the Thirsty Mission just after the teleporter.
The stats are:
AL+16 (req. 9 tactics)
HP+45 (while in a stance)
Phys. dmg -2 (while in a stance)
He asks for 2 bleached shells.
Hope this helps.
