Getting the points are simple, you do quests or talk to the sunspear scouts, at the res shrines and they put a skill on you that gives you points for killing a certain monster type.

Reach level 5 and then head back to the training area (place after the first mission), there you can choose a secondary prof. - basically just follow your primary quest.

After good reflexion , i'm thinking this title is made for farming at some points ? killing X monsters of same type = gain you X points of sunspear

I got up to 1k easy just by doing quests and some killing monsters the scouts told me to. :) should be easy enough to get some points.
