Everyone has sigs like "flamers should be banned" or "every time sum1 flames i kill a kitten..." etc so what is it????

Flaming is personally attacking someone on the forums. We have a wonderful helpful community here, and at GameAmp we don't allow others to personally attack other members on the forums. There was a bit of a problem with it here a short while ago, and we instituted a zero tolerance to flaming policy (as opposed to the one b/f in which we gave members a warning first). With this policy came the creation of the siggys. They are a friendly reminder from members of the community to keep it nice here.

No, flaming is not. Most forums on the web are nothing but flamefests. You can't even ask a simple question and get any answer other than insults. That is why we try so hard to keep GameAmp free of it. It doesn't do anything but hurt a community.

Weird or confusing? i think Sapir has an evil mixture of both.. not to long ago he demonstrated it on the staff forums..
confused 50% of the staff and considering most staff are geeks thats pretty good.

From what i've heard flamers get dropped into the Woods with a Jeni nearby and they have to survive too get feed to Little Jeni's so don't do it here.

patrolling lurking staff ready to pounce is good, and has helped greatly, but i would like to give a shout out to all the good peeps that are here, flaming doesnt come natural to most of those folks
