From what I can see, you have lots of fog to clear in the Shiverpeaks and main Ascalon. I would suggest taking the same route as a Droks run to free up some of the Shiverpeaks.
Ascalon is not terribly hard; just remember to bring holy veil, healing signet and a few running skills and you should be fine.
Alternatively, I would Take Ulv's advice; that's if you have Photoshop of course

you have a WHOLE lot, though no huge chunks, it looks like you just didn't edgewalk anything. do that and you'll gain ALOT. edgewalk everything.

above and to the left of THK, some of which is only avail in mission, and that east/west strip above ice caves, needs edge walked, as well as the west side of the rectangle that runs north/south up by mineral springs.
obviously just to name a few... rogue!!! dont go too far, i am at 98.2, and other than a couple places i know (abbadons bonus area) i could use an analysis later if you would be so kind :)
