12 months of Veteran rewards!

Hear ye! Hear ye! I bring you, the first rewards of 12 months of subscription, featuring trench coats, kilts and new sprinting powers!

Just as long as I get my trench coat, I'm not concerned about the rest of it...lol. I've had trench coat on the mind ever since my first Mayhem mission.

Oh, this is verification that what you supplied is correct for the states as well.

Is this just for 12 month subscriptions and higher (actually been playing for 12 months), or, in my case ive only been playing for 7 months but i have paid for 12?

NVM i found my answer :(

Im rather upset that the trenchcoat is the first reward for the 3 months active account. that means a whole lot of people are gonna have the samething and start looking alike. trenchcoats are too cool to be given to everyone.

Wings will likely be the 15, 18, 21 or 24 month reward. I'm hoping it's 15, 18 or 21, myself.

The second costume for my stalker is gonna be like a cool, street look with the motercycle boots and a jacket, so I could put the trenchy on that. =)

They made Wings really late, and I think the Greek chest symbols is dumb.

Now, the Vet rewards are part of Issue 8, correct??

EDIT: Also, are trechcoats available at level 1, like the Togas were, but you just have to go to the tailor to get it, or do you have to be level 20 and it's considered a "Back" option?

From what I've read Cr3s3nt, you actually don't even need to go to the tailor to get your trechcoat. It is available as a costume option as you're creating a toon.

Cool, I want to make a Pet-Less MM and just get the Pistols and like all the traps, then make him look like a 60's gangster, that would be so fun.

That's look pretty sweet...but you could always just go for the Assault Rifle/Traps corrupter (although that doesn't have the theme you're looking for, and I personally think the Assault Rifle doesn't look as cool as it should).

I think they should replace "Assault Rifle" with like "Rifle Arsennal" or something like that. And have a different gun for every different type of power. wait, since i got cov in december and have been playing since, does that mean that I already get 9 month reward or do i have to start from issue 8. I really hope i ont have to wait another year till i get all the stuff. Oh and the greek letters are RETARDED. (in my opinion)

The free tailor visits and free respecs are also stackable (and seperate from the other free respecs that were/could be given out). So far, I'm not seeing any downsides to this whole thing. Oh, the greek letters are cool! I have a PB on the Hero side that could use that Alpha or Omega symbol, as his name is Alpha to Omega! So there :P

Everyone is eligible, and you will get the Veteran's Reqrds that you have 'earned' through having had an active account. SO if you started playing (and paying) continuously since December '05, you would have all the Rewards up to and including the 9 months ones if Issue 8 went live today. Around the date of your activating CoH/CoV in December you will receive the 1 year Rewards, etc.

The above is from the mainsite's descripition of the 9 month reward. My question is about the respec portion. It says that characters current and "new" will be given the respec. So, does this mean that whenever I create a new toon they will have a respec sitting there after creation??

I was hoping that was what it was. But, I didn't want to read too much into it. I always tend to mess something up with each toon I make, despite using test and a character builder. With running a 50% success rate on the villian respec I now have a free pass to correct the inevitable mistakes.
