I Need Help!

As some of you may know, I have a World of Warcraft site that recently went online with a handful of data collected by means of a lua mod. You can find this site at: http://wow.gameamp.com or by clicking on the links on the bottom of the left navigational bar. Examples of which would be:

Protection Warrior Gear
Fire Resistance Leather
Blacksmithing Recipes
Quest Database

Though it has a lot of good data and usability we’re short on data, which is what I need help with. If you’d have interest, I’d like you to use a my mod that will run in the background of your game and capture data. When you loot a monster, click on a monster or talk to a vendor data is constantly being recorded so we know things like drop rates, locations and what items vendors sell. Sites like thottbot and allakhazam do the exact same thing.

I could really use everyone’s help on this and if you use one of these other sites, you can compare my site’s organization to the competition’s and see that we have a pretty strong layout and there is definitely potential if we can get all the data from people using the mod.

Currently a few people in game are helping me out, thanks for taking the step and helping me out. If you’d like me to send you the mod, please reply to this topic and I’ll get the files out to you as soon as possible.

Download the Mod Here

Once the mod is downloaded you will need to export it to the usual place: /interface/addons/

There will also be an exe file called GameAmpFTP.exe included in the zip file. Once you open it, it will ask you for your username, password and the location of your wow directory. Once the information is filled in you can use the "Upload Data" button to upload your information. Simply do this periodically and all your data will be uploaded properly.

So far a big thanks goes to Rhin, Face, Interpol, Blood and others.
