Hey all, havent been on in awhile but im back now :D!.
but i have made a brute on freedom named "Grothkein" . so /t me any time..but anyways, im Electric/Electric Brute. and my dude is excelent in partys but straight out sucks in pvps..why is this? any advice?

The electric set isn't the best set for PvP. Try going with Super Strength for Melee. There are some awesome powers in that set. As for your armor, go with something like Stone. If you just want to PvE though, you have an alright set.

Hate to tell ya, but, Elec/Elec is not a PvP set. Plain and simple. You can attempt to dress it up any way you see fit, however, it's just not gonna happen.
Now, I like the Elec/Elec build, as I have one as well, however, reality is what it is :(
If you are looking to PvP, you'll need to think about another build or take your lumps with the Elec/Elec. The only thing you can do with this build is slot for End Drain. That's the best bet you have, however, with little to no viable shields, you won't last long enough (not until you're a higher level anyway) to see the fruit of your labors.

Ron's recomendation for PvP builds:
Build your character for PvE, your normal "Player vs Environment". Run your missions and get yourself to 50. Save 1 respec for that moment.
When you hit 50, respec your build for PvP.

Onion - L50 - Katana/Super Reflexes/Body Mastery Scrapper
Scotch Bonnet Girl - L50 - Fire Aura/Fire Melee/Pyre Mastery Tanker
RonJ73 - L50 - Stone/Energy Aura Brute
Aurora Australis - L50 - Willpower/Energy Melee Tanker

talk to Radiant Force, she has a lvl 40+ Elec/Elec Brute, she might know how to make your build good at both pve and pvp.
