I have an Idea use the ancient technique passed down through generations of my family... It's called EENY MEENY MINEY MO. If you've heard of it then the secret is out.

it all depends on the theme of the character. personally, i am looking forward to wings and trenchcoats, because i have a magic-themed flying defender and a thugs mastermind. belly shirts look like we will be seeing even more Barbie- and cheerleader-themed toons.... :/
Current Projects
CoX
SpecOps Wink - level 42 Claws/Regen Scrapper
Aurelei - level 28 Warshade
Alexis Silver - leveling Energy/Kinetics Corrupter
Guild Wars

Agree
Whymsy is a magic flying def and I have wanted wings for her ever since the first time she was is Bricks, she had wing envy.
Have a new Mad Max scrapper so the trench coat may be perfect for him when the time comes. Oh the excitement...its like Christmas morning.

I've never been much of a wings person, but those shoulder caps look really nice. I can see quite a few costumes that could use the extra flare that a shoulder cap brings.

I was so jazzed to hear about the wings that i went immediately and made a def named Heavenlee just for them. I also have a 50 fire blaster that the coat should cool on. But the demon wings oh my! im assuming that you dont have to be a villain to use those. I will be disappointed if they arnt available for heroes. Im sure were gonna see some cool toons in the next few months...........CB

Welcome to the site, Chuck Bronco!
I have no doubt we will be seeing some very creative costumes, and names over the next few months.

Personally I think the shoulder cape would be a quite nice accent piece to the whole motif of Blackhawk. Why it would add some pizzazz to his all might scrapperness.
I could just picture it now.....
As he graceful manuevers into a Eagle's Claw a breeze rustles his shoulder cape and creates a majestic dance of man and fabric.
Simply beautiful, almost like a MMO-Ballet.
Either that or the trenchcoat, Neohawk here I come.
