Well, since there was a few inquiring minds into this subject, I went and found a list of what the names are and what each type does.

Membrane: Enhances ToHit/Defense Buff/Attack Rate
Microfilament: Enhances Travel/Endurance Cost Reduction
Nucleolus: Enhances Damage/Accuracy
Cytoskeleton: Enhances ToHit/Defense Buff/Endurance Cost Reduction
Golgi: Enhances Heal/Endurance Cost Reduction
Ribosome: Enhances Damage Resistance/Endurance Cost Reduction |
So far I have found that Golgi and Ribo's are the least dropped, and hardest to find, so a trade value of 2 to 1 is the usual for those. The most dropped, and usually least hardest to find would be the Centrioles, which usually trade on a 1 to 1 ratio. Hope this helps anyone out.
In addition I would like to add that at 9pm on Mon, Wed, Thurs, and Saturday on the Guardian server there is a Hami Raid. So far every one that I have attended has ended in success, and the server is considered to have the most successful Hami Raids success ratios right now. Hope to see ya there (Hami Raids are located in The Hive, and can be entered at level 45).

Centriole, Peroxisome and Nucleolus seem to be the most common I have received out of 35+ odd successful raids I have been on.
Microfilament is the rarest of all with stories of 1 out of 100 drops actually being one, the trade value is incalculable and after 19+ Months of CoH I have yet to actually see one.

Hami is short for Hamidon Enhancement. They drop after defeating the Hamidon in the hive, a lvl 45+ Raid. As above they enhance at least 2 things for the price of one slot.
