Any1 have a MA/Regen build they wouldnt mind sharing?

I have a lvl 21 MA/Regen build. I am very impressed with regen because I can be a squishy tank every other mob (dull pain ahs kinda slow recharge). Rarely die with all the buffs and heals. I find MA/ pretty good, but disappointing at some times. For instance, the crippling axe kick, it says it has a disorient effect, but never happened to me once but when I had ninja mm they disoriented >.>. Cobra Strike is very useful for mobs because its a sure disorient (minor damage though) and you can use it on the lt or boss and take care of the rest while they're walking around dazed. Overall this build is very good for PvE, but only ok in PvP.

Crippling Axe Kick does not disorient. It stops them from flying and also slows their speed. It's Eagle's Claw that gives the minor disorient, and with my MA toon, I have yet to hit someone with Eagle's Claw, where they don't get disoriented.
