Will soon have a lvl 50, and I've been thinking of making a Peacebringer epic toon. I've been using an old planner, but just mainly use it for guidelines, and it's worked for all of my toons so far. Just got 2 questions.
Do Peacebringers have a built in teleportation pool like Warshades? My planner doesn't allow me to pick the teleportation pool, and I'm just curious.
The jumping attack that I've seen, I believe it is Incandescent Strike. Is that move exclusive to Peacebringers, or do Warshades have a corresponding move?
Thanks for the replies.

Y'know, I'm not really sure about the jumping attack that you're talking about. Most of the Peacebringer and Warshade powers just confuse me with their titles. I just pick and hope that it's something good. :)
Unfortunately, you can't have a teleport power with a Peacebringer. Since you start out with Fly, you aren't allowed to pick an additional travel power. Warshades start out with Teleport, and they receive a Recall Friend power once they reach a certain level (help me out here guys...can't remember the level). I'm not sure what the PBs get when they reach the same level.

Perhaps a mistype, but yes you can, using the Teleportation Power Pool, if you mean as an Inherent Power then your right, Peacebringers do not get Teleportation as inherent.
Peacebringers (secondary Powerset Luminous Aura) get Combat Flight at level 10 (inherent Power.)
Warshades (Secondary Powerset Umbral Aura) get Shadow Recall (recall friend) at level 10 (inherent Power.)
To compare Powers such as Luminous Strike, your best bet is to view the Powers section here:

Another idea is to make both toons on test and try out the different powers.

Neither the Fly nor the Teleport power pools are available to Kheldians...believe me, I've tried. The WS's get inhernt TP and the PB's get fly. I sure wish I could get TP foe for my PB, but alas, you can't...
I've gotten both a PB and a WS up to 25 now, and here's my short take on it: I like them both, but for different reasons. Basically in the human form, PB's are scrapper/blasters, and WS's are Controller/blasters. The PB can do massive amounts of melee damage (the 'jumping' Incandescant Stike already mentioned + build-up) plus they get dull pain and a heal, so they can hold down the scrapper role fairly well. The WS's are a bit weaker in the attacks until they get gravity well, which is a great hold, plus it does pretty good damage, but no where near that of a PB.
As far as the dwarf form goes, I thnk the WS has a bit of an advatage, as one of it's attacks is a heal, so it's easier to keep the HP up.
Anyways, try them both and above all, have fun!

The Teleportation and Flight power pools are unavailable to kheldians. Although PBs inherently have Flight and WSs inherently have Teleportation, I believe the forms can give you access to those type of powers. The squid form obviously has flight and I think the dwarf form may have teleport, but I'm not sure (my PB is human only, so I'm not too familiar w/ the forms)
