I've toyed with a couple of particularly intricate team builds using adrenaline-heavy warriors and a couple of monks. Six warriors can get 2 monks up to 10 pips of energy regen. The monks maintain all sorts of enchantments with this. Obviously there's a bit more to it, and the whole ordeal really qualifies as a novelty build, but this sort of thing works well in UW/FoW and such, where only 1 player is stripped at once, and only occasionally. You really need 8 players to be coordinated with a fairly specific sort of build, however.
That's the only really interesting use I've seen for it. Other than that, it's mostly an 'if it's there, go for it' sort of thing. If I get some folks together to clear FoW with the build, and it still goes well enough, I'll probably write a guide. I haven't been able to play since I got to school though, so it may not work as well as it did that one time... It never does.

When I'm playing as a N/Mo and there's a MM (other than me) it happens that I use succor on a monk, It doesn't cost too much energy and when minions (or anything else) are dying I get a lot of energy with soul reaping.
