hello. i have a regen scrapper at lvl 13 and loving it to death. after playing CoV and being disapointed with stalkers (thought they were like scrappers when i read about the games), then getting CoH and playing a scrapper, its the perfect AT for me.
anyway, i have quick recovery and pretty much never run out of end. im always giving away my blues and most of my greens (keeping 1 or 2 just in case) because i dont need them. so end isnt a problem right now. however i still plan on taking stamina because i'd like to run the following toggles:
integration
tough
maneuvers
assault
tactics
combat jumping
i think i can leave out acrobatics because of integration. i was wondering if these toggles will be affective and would they give me problems even with quick recovery+stamina(slotted). i only PvE, because i dont really find PvP that fun.
i've thought about getting stealth, but wasnt sure what i'd replace it with. im keeping the leaping and wont take SS. a few of my villains have SS and it alright, but i dont feel the need for hasten in this build. i was thinking i could take out leadership and get stealth, or get something else. but i do find myself teaming up a lot because i keep getting crappy missions so i tend to do other ppl's.
anyway, i think this is long enough. sry i dont have pictures to make this topic interesting.i'd post my whole build, but i cant make up my mind on those toggles

Welcome to the GameAmp site Jinxxed!
I'm not the Scrapper pro but I have a few friends I run with a bunch. Your game plan sounds solid to me. If I'm not mistaken, Integration is a nasty end hog, so you will probably want to stick with your plan to get Stamina in the build.
Without Hasten, you may or may not have an endurance problem. Hasten always makes it harder to manage end. Most of the Scrappers I know, even the Regen players still get Stamina.
As for the Leadership vs Concealment. I can't help you much for this AT. I do know that Scrappers get the least ammount of benifit from the Leadership Pool buff. Right there with me....the Blaster.

i see thanks. yeah i might not take the leaderships or stealth and just get something else. again, thanks for the reply :D

As a Regen you can certainly run without stamina almost non-stop. But once you start hitting those end draining enemies that's when you will want it. Also if you plan on taking Focused Accuracy in the Body mastery epic pool then Stamina is a must, it's a great power but sucks more end than any toggle in the game.

Welcome to the site, feel free to ask as many questions as you like.
I have a level 27 Spines/Regen Scrapper and I don't have stamina. I rarely have an issue with Endurance and I run Integration, Combat Jumping, Sprint, and Quills. I keep all of that on through every mission and I usually get below 3/4 to 1/2 unless I am dealing with 3 or 4 groups very quickly.
I love the Spines/Regen combo!
