Has anyone else been farming Sunreach and found that if you die there with him that you aren't always ressed at Durheim but sometimes are ressed at the shrine in the middle? Or I have even gotten ressed as far as UNwaking Waters which is a fairly large leap across the map considering how close other shrines are.

its no error, it has to do with the amount of faction you have
if the luxons controll dunheim and you got more kurzick, then u get at unwaking waters.
if the kurzicks controll dunheim and you got luxon faction, then you get in the middle.

Yeah, thanks guys, I just noticed that those were Luxons at the shrines. Seems like a nice way for people to get to towns they haven't been to by exploiting that though since I have done that before.

You are correct, but:
If you want happen to be Kurzick and the Luxon are in control of a certain area, you can talk to their respective Priests.
Once you talk to them, you can either pay them or kill them to use the rez.
- If you choose to pay the Priest to activate the rez - it will cost you 50g.
- If you choose to kill them, you have to kill the 2 Guards, the Priest and the Merchant to activate the rez shrine.
