I played with the talent calculator a bit today and came up with 3 builds that I like. Two for raiding, I'd need to test them in-game to really figure out which builds perform better on the field, and one for grinding/farming/leveling.

nice what would you say would be the best build if say you wanted to make a pvp twink?

You'd have to give me a level range so I know how many points I'm working with but generally Survival is the PvP tree.

Human and Beastslaying help less than you think in raiding. Especially when you're disregarding the opportunity to boost crit and power. Silencing shot will decimate...in PvP. I wish I could work careful aim into my build, but, alas, I was short 3 points. Hunter's base intellect is low anyway, and our gear, aside from tier based gear, doesn't generally add INT anyway. Master marksman would be a nice addition to my build as well, if it wasn't so far down the talent tree. If I'm going to spec down to it, I may as well spec to silencing, and I see no point in raiding. The bosses will resist silence and there is not enough trash mob casters to worry about it for me.

Well the changes to talents messed up my build but THANK GOD! I don't have to spec 8 points into Survival to get my Hawk Eye :)
In addition, Silencing shot will be awesome for raids, yes som, if not all, bosses will resist the silence, but it does 75% weapon damage, shares no CDs and doesn't reset your autoshot cycle, it's free damage interlaced between auto shots.
