Hi everyone,I was just wondering if anyone knew of a build that I can use to defeat my ritualist's doppleganger?

There really isnt a point if ascending in prophecies if your a factions born character unless u want to do tombs and stuff. I think a vengeful build would work.

Well, remember that you cannot do Dragon's Lair, and thus the Southern Shiverpeaks (unless you pay for a run, which is pointless considering you already have max armor), without killing your dopple and ascending.
I honestly have no recollection of the build I used to kill my dopple, though I am a protector of Tyria with my rit. You could always use the same stategy used with rangers, Put out all your five second cast spirits, maybe four or five, preferably ones that don't do damage or have bad effects for you, and then just push channeling up real high and bring some high damage attacks. The dopple will cast all the spirits while you kill him.
Just tried my vengeful farming build and I tore him up. The first time I still had soothing memories out, and it took about a minute to kill him since he had a heal. But the second time I just took it out, couldn't think of another skill to put in, but you don't need it. All I used was:
Arcane Echo
Vengeful was Khanhei
Vengeful Weapon
Physical Resistance
Restoration: 16
Inspiration: 10 or something
Just echo vengeful was khanhei, run up to him so he uses his axe, and keep spamming vengeful weapon. He went down in 21 seconds without soothing memories.

Tried the spirit/painful bond build. It didn't work quite as well, took him down in 25 seconds instead of 20, but that's not that big a deal. I used:
Painful Bond
Pain
Shadowsong
Bloodsong
Dissonance
Explosive Growth
Boon of Creation
Attuned was Songkai
Communing: 12
Channeling: 11
Spawning Power: 14
Cast explosive growth, boon of creation, and attuned was songkai in that order before you step on the last stone to take you into the mesa and wait for energy to regen. Then run towards him so explosive growth hits him, cast some spirits, then painful bond, then some more spirits. Worked pretty well, but I think the vengeful build was easier.

rit/me take arcane echo/vengeful/empathy. put empathy on him and just stand there with vengeful.
