I took the bold choice of offcialy declaring myself a noob on this topic, I looking to immagrate from Guild Wars to WoW and was wondering if any you guys would be willing to take in a noob and show me around a little, any thing you have to offer with be helpful and wont go uncredited.

BAH!!! Welcome to the site. I transitioned from GW to WoW myself. First, pick a server, race, and class, come back with that info, and we'll gladly help you out. Be sure to include your character name and whether it's EU or US.

1st off Welcome to the WoW side of GameAmp!
We actually have quite a few people who have migrated over from GW. The WoW site even stole one of the GW old staffers *grin*
As for you "noobness", there are 3 really, really good guides you should check out.
Race Guide
Class Guide
Profession Guide
Decide on the race and class you want, and we will give you all the tips, hints, and secrets you want.
Or if you are having problems deciding, let us know what kind of play style you enjoy the most, and we can give you a couple you would enjoy.
And lastly, coming from the GW GameAmp site, you have been spoiled. That is the most active site on the GameAmp network. So you have lots of people around to answer questions all the time. We are just beginning to get the community started over here, so you may have to wait a bit longer to get answers. But you will get answers.

if u decide to go horde which is mainly for PVP or alliance which is big on PvE, if u make ur char on Firetree realm horde side id be more than happy to help :)

technically there are two old GW staffers here lol but only one was stolen lol. But yes it can take a lil time to get an answer here but no worries you will most likely get more than you asked for lol.

FYI: i'll most likey be a night elf rogue on a US sever.

Well I guess your an okay noob since you played GW and your on gameamp...and I am going to assume your not tauren....now tauren noob...BAR - BEEE - Q! mmm beef.
Anyway, welcome to WoW side. We have all kinds of guides and opinions and all that good stuff, so just ask away. I think you will find it quite easy to make friends on whatever server you choose, people tend to need your help just as much as you need theirs so you will find others easily I think, just be cool and be yourself (or your RP characters self?) Should be a good time!

firetree is better, i got a level 60 there.. but then id have to /kill you and possibly /laugh after you were dead because i am horde and therefore i hate alliance, soo.... your my mortal enemy now >:D
