Halloween Giant Monsters

Hey guys i am just wondering about the Spawn points for Jack in Irons and Eochai cause that is the next thing i am gonna try and do after i get my salvage for all my characters, so does anyone know where they are? I have a post for this on heroes if you guys wouldn't mind posting there too for those who wanna know.

As far as I know, Jack in Irons only spawns on Thorn Isle in Nerva Archipelago and in Potters Field in Sharkhead Isle.

Eochai is pretty random as far as I know,

Mercy Island: Anywhere outside the walls of Mercy
Port Oakes: Northern areas
Cap Au Diable: Mount Diable or by the Golden Roller
Sharkhead Isle: Potters Field
Nerva Archipelago: Thorn Isle and Primeva
St. Martial: No idea

Those are the only spawning points I know of for Eochai, there are probably more but I don't know.

Eochai is supposed to spawn on every island, jack in irons i dont know but i need to find out so i can topple him for the badge

Yes Eochai does spawn on every island, but Jack in Irons only spawns in Potters Field (sharkhead) and Thorn Isle (nerva). Jack has a 10% chance of spawning while Eochai has a 90% chance.

Jack in Irons can spawn in any zone that is level 20+. He has a 10 percent to spawn but in order for that to happen, the Big Pumpkin has to be taken down first.

You sure about that Jerrik? I've heard from many different people (and from my own personal experience) that Jack only spawns in Potters Field and Thorn Isle. Have you actually seen him anywhere else or just heard about it?

ive killed him in GV1, just west of the Fab marker..also in shark, ive been hearing the same thing about Jack of irons spawning in lvl 20+ lvls only...seams to be true...i hope that helps

I have fought Jack in Irons in Grandville in the area known as "The Gutter" in fact I got my Badge from that Fight.
I have seen Eochi spawn in 2 places in Grandville, one is "The Gutter" I would have to log into CoV and view my map to give you the other place i've seen him.

Working belief is that if Eochi is up Jack wont be, now weather this applies to all zones at the same time or not I don't know.

I do know that you have to defeat Eochi more then once for Jack to Spawn, and that they won't both spawn at the same time.

I've killed Jack twice in St. Martial, 120 yards NW of the Hard Luck marker on the map.

I don't know the spawn rate specifics, but the 10% chance to spawn is the best assumption (if it's not completely correct) that I've heard.

I've also seen Eochai in Bloody Bay and Warburg, so I would assume Eochai can spawn in all pvp zones as well. I doubt a pvp zone would be a wise choice to engage a GM though, that's just asking to get attacked by other players.

Ha, Giant Monsters in PvP zones aren't all that smart...as you're killing them I bet there's plenty of heroes tempted to jump in and try to attack you as you're fighting Eochai.
