I know some of you have been afraid of posting this, however, every other fansite on the internet has this posted so kiss my bum ^^ It's not the best quality, but it gives you a really good idea of what Elona will be like.

Unless you can read it, you wont know the town names, but it gives you an awesome look at the different area's of Elona, as well as the layout of the towns n such.

I have a flannel to wash my face
if it gets mucky i feel disgraced.
Do you like horlicks, do you like chips.

Well a member of this site has the opportunity to, but they, along with others are afraid that it's 'illegal' which IMO is a load of rubbish.

wouldent be illegal, would be considerd fair use since you baught the item and recived it early.
Now if you play a closed beta and have to aggree not to disclose anything you see, hear or read then it would be illegal. :)
but the map looks nice

The leaglity issue is bogus, come on, who said you can't share your own items? Of course it is allowed to post a picture of your CE.
I don't know, but to me Elona doesn't seem to be too large. Looking at the density of towns, how close they are, it just tells me it is going to be like Factions.
Oh well, hope for the best.

Meh, okay.
I1ll warm up my scanner tonight and try to make a good version. However, the scanner is just an a4 one so it will need some tailoring :P

I actually know for a fact that posting a map that came from your CE isn't illegal. Infact a member contacted Anet back when Factions was released to ask that very question when I was building the Factions map. So no worries on doing that.

It would seem that the percentage of map able to be explored is much higher than either tyria or cantha.

It is only illegal if you are trying to re-sell the map or make profit from it.

Nice... From what I've seen people saying they said that Nightfall was going to be smaller than Prothices ... From what i see Nightfall is abit bigger ...... cant wait till my CE comes in :)

Well, I just submitted a quesiton asking if the CE nightfall map is reproducable. We will see what they say.(though by the time I get an awnser, NF will probably be upon us)

Not to burst anyone's bubble but it does seem to be covered in the EULA in a way meaning it's up to ANet since they grant themselves the right to act "at their discretion" everywhere.

Like I said though, the EULA is designed to cover anything they could possibly want covered at any point, but it usually comes down to it that they can point at the EULA to remind you that in the end it's their decision that counts and that they can make this decision on a per-case basis.

Well, since Geek has the final word on what's happening on the gameamp site, I tell you I'llonly make a safety copy for myself, so I won't have to wear out the map.
And actually, contrary to what I've said before, it's not an A3, but an A2 size... (aka Paper Size, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_size)

Just to let you all know that our incredibly committed staffer Tribina has booked time off work to play Nightfall and plans on getting that map updated and complete ASAP, so don't worry that you don't have access to the CE map we will have our very own original version here on site soon enough.
Can I just say Tribina rocks :)

Gah......ok, i submit the question to what I believe to be the right department. They transfer the question to the Game Support department......they Transfer it to the Community Relations Manager(Gaile Gray I assume)....and tell me to wait a few days for a response.
Well, seems like we wont know if you can post the CE map until AFTER NF comes out :P
