looking for a build for a domination mesmer as the title says as im thinking about deleting my mesmer, as i just lost his surviror title :'( 300k xp so i didn't do to bad but still crap.

Is this for PvE?
Either way I'll introduce you to my guide which is located Here
Its mainly intended for GvG but you can mess around with the skill bar, but just don't modify it too much. Just swap res sig for a hard res and you should be effective in battle :-)

Never delete a mesmer. It will hurt too many people here on Amp ;p
The mesmer (and not only the domination part) is one of the most versatile and usefull professions imo. Domination is such a small part of the potential that i recommend trying and experiment some more. With the right build you can shutdown/ render everything into oblivion.
The only downside of mesmer is that it is a very hard profession to master.

thts it so far but io won't a better one i think it is a nice build for PvE not to bad for Ab but want more PvP build as well :)

A domination mesmer? That is my favorite, i can tell you a good elite spell that you could probably make a build out of (hand on =D). Its called Inepitude, its like empathy but it lasts for one hit and you cast it on them and the next time they hit thay take like 250dmg(some where around there) and blinds them. so you could probably make something outta that i hope.Hope this helps!

Erm, Ineptitude is in the Illusion line, not Domination. An Illusion or mixed Illusion/Domination mesmer is usually more effective in PvE than a pure Domination one. Also, if you shoot for the survivor title, the two indispensable skills, Distortion and Illusion of Weakness, are in the Illusion line as well.
Overall, mesmer is the least suitable profession for a 'general' build since the entire idea of the profession is to counter your opponent and thus you should always design a specific build for different situations. Single, hard opponents or zergers, casters or physical damage dealers, always take your opponent into account already before going in. That's a part of the reason why playing a decent mesmer requires some experience.

Actually Inneptitude is an Illusion Magic elite skill, it's very powerful coupled with clumsiness. Does around 140 damage at high illusion. Clumsiness does around 90 damage at high illusion.
For a domination magic mesmer I would say for PvE drop surge as your elite. Take something like Power Block to shutdown enemy casters, it's a great skill for stopping those double damage elementalist bosses.

you might wanna try mixin it all around, like the E-surge build is made to sap energy or at least its one of its uses, if u used a domination/inspiration build you can pull the same effectiveness and maybe even more. alot of people get stuck on the idea of E-surge build being the only good sapping build, and it is a good elite, but step outa the mainstream and try some other combos too. lol i used only domination up till like maybe a month ago, then i tried new combos and found some pretty cool ones at that =D, have fun!
