Some people might find the touch ranger noobish but this build aint exactly all touchy so meh hehe hope it helps
Its good for AvA you might find some other uses for it i mainly use if for AvA here we go :P
1.Life Siphon
2.Vampiric Bite
3.Lifebane Strike
4.Barbed Signet
5.Desecrate Enchantment
6.Whilring Defence
7.Dodge
8.Troll Ungment
1.Life Siphon-They Get -3 HP Regen and you gain +3 HP Regen
2.Vampiric Bite-Touch Target Foe and steal Lotsa HP
3.Lifebane Strike-They Take certain ammount of damage and if hp is above 50% they take same amount of dmg again so like 41 41 ooo
4.Barbed Signet- Sacrafice some hp and steal some back :D
5.Desecrate Enchantment-Removes 1 enchantment and u gain 100 or so HP
6.Whirling Defence-you have a 75% chance to dodge arrows and melee attacks also if hit by arrow surrounding foes take some damage for certain amount of time
7.Dodge - you have a certain amount of % to dodge melee n arrows also you run 25% faster for certain amount of time
8.Troll Ungment- you gain some HP regen
Bacicly this build is used to try support the others by taking down there hp as much as poss also good on 1 on 1 coz ur regening hp all da time hehe:D hope tht helps :D[B][/B]

its not bad ,but no as good as a normal touchy
people will still hate you and call you touchy because you are r/n doin vamp bite
so you are still as ''popular'' and be less effective
thats my opinion tho

Yeah people will keep whining about you being a Vampiric Ranger type thingy...I made a PvP character that was Touch Ranger and someone actually Pm'd me and called me a noob and swore at me and stuff...lol
